Partners Avril Betts originally from England and Khaled Azzam originally from Cairo, Egypt, both now residing in British Columbia, Canada, opened A-Z Tours International in partnership in 1998 and went online in March of 1999. Since then they have developed strong customized programs to Egypt and have added Jordan, Canada and Europe to their specialty tour destinations while at the same time, selling tours Worldwide for all destinations.

A-Z Tours is an online agency offering personalized, one on one customized tours and travel services. However in recent years they have added two retail agencies to their inventory, both on No 3 Rd in Richmond, BC, Canada. Euro World Travel specializing in custom Luxury Tours and  Action Travel specializing in Cruises, Groups, Corporate and Custom Individual Tours.

Khaled Azzam - Owner/Partner is a Civil Engineer an Egyptologist and an Archaeologist, and is a licensed guide when in Egypt. Khaled brings his expertise to the 3 agencies, specializing in customized, personalized tours to Egypt. Khaled has worked on protecting monuments in Egypt and has designed many of the Company websites. Khaled is currently working on a complex of 12  Vacation Rental Villas in Cairo for use as short and long term stays for our clients. Khaled owns the 3 agencies jointly in partnership with Avril – A-Z Tours International, Euro World Travel and Action Travel. In addition Khaled also owns Travelocity Egypt in Cairo, Egypt. Theresa Freeman originally from England and having worked for 13 years with a Travel Agent in the UK before I moved to Nova Scotia, Canada. I joined the A-Z Tours International team as Travel Consultant in 2001. I now specialize in International and USA Destinations and can service clients from anywhere in the World for both escorted group and independant programs. Carol Lomond Hirtle originally from Port-Aux-Basques, Newfoundland I now live in Nova Scotia and have worked in the hospitality industry since 1979. I joined the A-Z Tours International team as a Travel Consultant in 2001. I now specialize in custom programs to Egypt and Jordan as well as other North African and Middle Eastern destinations. Kim Lamrock from Nova Scotia, Canada. Kim joined the A-Z Tours International team in 2008 and has a wide variety of tasks with A-Z Tours, editing and maintaining our websites, updating our database, mailouts and various marketing tasks. Ramil E. Andaya Based in the Philippines Ramil joined the A-Z Tours International team as a Web Master in 2006. Ramil updates and maintains many of the websites updating the pages on an ongoing basis and building new ones as required. He has developed a database for Euro World Travel.
